voluntarily and independently decide to undertake the certification course “NeuroGraphica Specialist” under the program of the European NeuroGraphica Center.

I hereby confirm my serious and considered intention to master the entire course material according to the program and to uphold all high ethical standards in my professional conduct.

I am informed and agree that the NeuroGraphica method is an original development and intellectual property of Pavel Piskarev, and that the word “NeuroGraphica” is a trademark registered in the international register of the European Patent Office (EUIPO) on December 13, 2017 under number № 016993231. It belongs to the European Center of NeuroGraphica and is protected by special laws. Documents confirming these facts are published on the official website www.neurograff-bg.com. The use of this original methodology and trademark is regulated by the applicable copyright laws. The use of the words NeuroGraphica and НейроГрафика in connection with mass production and replication of printed products, advertising and souvenirs, jewelry and other goods without an additional agreement with the author Pavel Piskarev constitutes a violation of copyright and falls under the copyright protection law.

I am informed that training in NeuroGraphica as a method consists of three levels, each granting its own level of competencies and rights to use the method:

• Basic User – mastering the basic algorithm in NeuroGraphica with the right to apply the method only for solving personal tasks, but without the right to teach the NeuroGraphica method, conduct workshops, or work with other people.
• Specialist – mastering professional tools with the right to use NeuroGraphica in professional practice, but without the right to teach the NeuroGraphica Method, working within the Specialist Rights framework (link to rights).
• Instructor – mastering the full set of NeuroGraphica tools with the right to use NeuroGraphica in professional practice and to teach NeuroGraphica.

I hereby give my consent to:

• Respect the intellectual property rights associated with the NeuroGraphica® method.
• Make timely payments for the course as agreed.
• Actively engage with the learning materials and submit theoretical and practical reports on time.
• Keep all course content strictly confidential and not reproduce or share it in any form (online or offline).
• Allocate sufficient time, effort, and any other resources to complete both basic and advanced assignments to achieve intended learning outcomes.
• Develop the necessary technical skills required to work with the appropriate educational platforms.
• Use the title "NeuroGraphica Specialist" and apply the related rights only after meeting the certification criteria and receiving the official certificate.

I understand that:

• Technical or organisational difficulties may arise during the course, and I am personally responsible for overcoming them. The instructor and administration will provide reasonable support when possible.
• The results I achieve through the course depend entirely on my engagement and efforts.
• I am not authorised to teach either the “Specialist” or “Basic User” courses and will 

I undertake:

• Not to teach the “NeuroGraphica Specialist” or “NeuroGraphica User” courses, to maintain strict confidentiality of all course materials and not to distribute them.
• To use in private (individual) practice the knowledge acquired in the course strictly in accordance with the rights of a NeuroGraphica Specialist (link to rights).

I confirm that I am familiar with the procedure for obtaining the NeuroGraphica Specialist certificate:
The NeuroGraphica Specialist certificate is issued upon successful completion of the following requirements:

• The Training Agreement has been read and accepted.
• Certification for the “NeuroGraphica Basic User” course has been completed and the corresponding certificate has been obtained.
• Certification for the “NeuroGraphica Specialist” course has been completed (Certification procedure).
• Certification for the Pure School has been completed (Certification procedure).

The Neurographica Specialist certificate entitles professionals to use the materials studied in this course as an additional tool within their main professional practice. However, it does not permit the use of the name “NeuroGraphica” in the promotion or naming of their events, nor does it authorise conducting separate trainings or courses in NeuroGraphica, or teaching the method to others.

I confirm that I have read the terms of this agreement, accept them in full, without any exceptions or reservations, and undertake to comply with them strictly.

I acknowledge and accept that obtaining certification from the Pure School is a mandatory requirement for receiving the NeuroGraphica Specialist certificate.
